Intelligence does not protect you from misinterpreting wearable data.
I see this all the time.
Executives, physicians, athletes, founders, engineers, and high performers often have the same problem. They are used to being good at interpreting information. Then they start tracking HRV, sleep, recovery, respiratory rate, and heart rate variability, and they assume the same rules apply.
They do not.
Health data is different because it is biological, contextual, and noisy. The same number can mean different things depending on sleep, stress, illness, hydration, training load, age, fitness level, circadian rhythm, and measurement conditions.
A smart person can still overreact to a single low score.
A smart person can still compare themselves to the wrong population.
A smart person can still mistake correlation for causation.
The issue is not intelligence.
The issue is framework.
The AI MD Rx was created because wearable interpretation requires clinical knowledge, data fluency, and operational thinking. You need to understand what the metric means, whether the pattern is real, and what intervention makes sense.
That is not taught in most medical training.
It is not taught in most data science programs.
It is definitely not taught inside most wearable apps.
