This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the App and related services. The App is intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older and is not directed to children under thirteen (13).

The Company is not a Covered Entity or Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) with respect to consumer use of this App. Information submitted through the App is not considered protected health information under HIPAA.
We may share information with cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, technology vendors, payment processors, contractors, and service providers who assist in operating the App and delivering services.
